The sole purpose of our butlers, trained by former members of the Royal Household of Windsor, is to exceed expectations. Focused on anticipating the needs of our guests in residence, they are available any time, day or night, to provide an unparalleled level of impeccable service.

The splendour of the Adriatico Square with its grand marble staircase, shimmering glass elevators and ample underground parking, is a gourmand's paradise with 30 acclaimed restaurants and bars securely under one roof that blend together to create Manila's premier culinary destination. And unique to Asia, room service for our hotel guests can be ordered from any of the outlets through the butlers.
